Return Policy


Neptune Renew has a 48-hour return policy. Which means you have up to 48 hours after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it. This applies to dry products ONLY.

In the circumstance that the incorrect address was provided, and your order is returned to us or delivered to the wrong address we will reship your order. However, you will be responsible for the shipping fees to reship your item. This applies to dry products ONLY.


Neptune Renew has a 48-hour refund policy. Which means you have up to 48 hours after receiving your item to request a refund. This applies to dry products only. Your item must be returned, once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and the funds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days. Once your refund has been processed, we have no control over how soon the funds are added back into your account. You will need to reach out to your banking institution.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
